Music Masters Camps, Levon Helm Studio and THE WEIGHT BAND are excited to present Camp Cripple Creek, a celebration of the music and history of the legendary American rock group, The Band - at Full Moon Resort from Monday, August 20 to Friday, August 24, 2018.

The camp is hosted by the esteemed Woodstock-based touring group, "The Weight Band," representing a direct lineage to the source of this wonderful music.  The group  features Jim Weider from The Band, Brian Mitchell of the Levon Helm Band, Marty Grebb, who worked with Rick Danko and Richard Manuel of The Band, Albert Rogers who has shared the stage with Levon and Garth Hudson and on drums and vocals Josh Dion.

Special guests include Paul Barrere and Fred Tackett, guitarists extraordinaire from Little Feat. Multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter Larry Campbell and singer-guitarist Teresa Williams. Larry Packer (who performed at The Last Waltz),  Elliott Landy ( World-Renowned Rock Photographer) and Don LaSala (Owner/Historian of Big Pink.)  Special Guest Randy Ciarlante and More To Be Announced.

Camp Cripple Creek will feature performances, interactive workshops, panel discussions, songwriting explorations and talks from industry professionals who were close at hand. Musicians and non-musicians alike will learn from and jam with this wonderful cast of  players.

Full Moon Resort offers acres of fields, meadows and mountain streams - featuring country-inn style accommodations, gourmet dining, beautiful barns and the Roadhouse -home to many magical performances at the Music Masters Camps
